Healing happens in connection, not isolation.
Therapy for navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and emotional healing with compassion and grounded support.
Welcome to Kindred Soul Therapy
Kindred Soul Therapy is rooted in relational, feminist, and liberatory practices. I can help you reconnect with your most authentic self, mind, body, and soul. I will work with you to create a space where all parts of you are seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

I like to incorporate humor and relate to my participants as much as possible. I often like to let my participants set the tone for the sessions. Sometimes we’ll discuss current events, past experiences, or continue the work from previous sessions. We will still do the work that you came to do, so I will keep sessions on task if needed.

Again, there is no one size fits all approach to therapy. Some of my participants work with me for a short time and others for years. It depends on what we’re working on and the progress we make.
